Yay! You just got the coveted email saying "You were approved as a Fybe vendor!"
But... now you don't know what to do! Here's a step-by-step guide for you to get up and running:
1. Log in!
2. Welcome to the Vendor Dashboard!
This will all probably look really overwhelming at first, but let's break it down by what you should do FIRST.
On desktop, the vendor navigation is along the left-hand side. On mobile screens it's a dropdown at the top of the vendor dashboard.
We recommend customizing your shop first, that way you're hitting the ground running with branding that sets you apart from Fybe's branding.
A. Click "Settings"
In this area, you can set your shop up. Fill out or change any descriptions that you'd like to change, making sure to hit save at the bottom.
Branding, specifically, is where you can set your shop header and store icon.
Settings is also where you'll need to connect Stripe so you can receive payouts!
SEO is where you can get a little more technical with your search engine visibility, but this is NOT a necessary step for your stuff to appear in the Fybe catalog.
Under Policies you can also set your per-shop rules for certain things or provide information on how you handle shipping, returns, and retaining user data.
Under Membership, you can upgrade or downgrade your member plan at any time.
3. Add Your First Product!
Click on "Products" in the vendor navigation menu, then "Add Product." Depending on your product type, you'll enter things differently, so make sure to take a look at our
Vendor Product Listing Types KB Article as well. Only one category can be selected for your product, so try to get it into the one that makes the most sense.
Under "Advanced" you can choose to leave a product-specific order note for your customer. A good thing to add for customers that purchase digital products is the
Downloading Your Files KB Article.
Again, you don't need to get into the SEO panel if you don't want to - Fybe auto-fills info from throughout your listing for this
To submit your product for moderation, click "Add Product". If you'd rather save it for later review on your end without sending it to our mod team, click "Save Draft".
